Staff: Shipping will be charged to your branch Startrack accounts.
General Public: We use a network of premium courier companies to service all Australian cities. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and in general our shipping times are as follows

Exchanges and Returns
Thanks for shopping at Penske Merchandise. We appreciate that you like to purchase the great products we create. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, and purchasing our products.
We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Penske Merchandise Store. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Your purchase is eligible for a Refund, Credit or Exchange provided:
- It is received by Corp Edge within 14 days of receipt.
- Apparel is unworn & unwashed with all of the garment tags & packaging intact.
- All other items with all tags and packaging intact.
**Please be sure to include your completed Returns & Exchange Form in your parcel. Incomplete or missing forms will result in delays to your refund, credit or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For all International Orders, products can be returned to us within 21 days of the date of your invoice.
- Apparel must be unworn & unwashed with all of the garment tags & packaging intact.
- All other items must have all tags and packaging intact
International returns are not able to utilize a Reply Paid service and all international customers will need to pay for return shipping. Please contact us if you require further assistance.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within *7 business days. To avoid any further delays please ensure your Return Form is completed correctly.
All Refunds will be processed via the same method as your original payment.
If there is a difference in price between your initial purchase and your new exchange you will either receive a refund or credit, if the cost of the initial purchase was higher than the exchange OR if the exchange is more expensive then the initial purchase, please fill out your card details on the Returns/Exchange form available for download.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- When sending us back your garment please address a Postage Paid satchel to:

- Complete the returns form (Please contact us to receive the form through and add it to the satchel.)
- We will then dispatch a replacement within 24 hours of receipt of return.
